Clark Park

Join us at Clark Park on select Saturdays from April through November. This is an outdoor market with no rain dates.
See the Events page for more info.

SPECIAL MARKETS

We host special markets for holidays or in partnership with other locations, like the Holiday Market and pop-ups at UCity Square and Jezebel's.

Pop-Up Retail

Sometimes we take over a brick & mortar location for a special pop-up shop with multiple rotating vendors.

VENdor Handbook

Below is the Bizarre @ Clark Park Vendor Handbook. This will give you a good idea about how we operate and what to expect as a vendor. Please read this if you want to apply to the Bizarre @ Clark Park. Instructions to apply are in the Handbook.

FAQ

All open applications can be found on our Marketspread page under the “Apply Here” button.

Here are a few reasons why you may not see any applications:

  • There are no open applications.
  • Applications are private, or invite-only.
  • Applications are temporarily closed when we are on long waitlists.

Cost varies based on the event, but there are typically 3 fees associated with each market:

  1. The Application Fee is paid when you submit an application to an event. This fee typically ranges from $0 to $10. This is non-refundable.

  2. The Approval Fee is paid if and when you are approved to vend at the event. It is typically $0-$10, except at Clark Park where it is $30 because of a longer season.
  3. The Daily Fee is paid each time you vend. It varies based on the event and booth size. At Clark Park, it costs $15 for one table or rack, and $25 for a 10×10 space.

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact us at market@westphillybizarre.com. We can help you.

We schedule vendors 10-30 days in advance.

For each day you requested to attend, your status will automatically be set to “Pending”. This means you are eligible to vend, but have not been approved to vend.

If your Marketspread event day status says “Assigned”, then you are approved to vend and have been assigned a booth. If you are “Approved”, you are approved to vend but have not been assigned a spot yet.

“Waitlist” means the event is full but you could be contacted if someone drops out or doesn’t pay their invoice.

“Rejected” means that you are not allowed to vend due to long waitlists, overdue invoices, no-shows, or violations.

“Not Attending” means that you did not select to attend that date.

How to check your vending status

To check your schedule, go to marketspread.com and look at ”Dashboard” for assignments. To look at the whole season, add and remove requests, click on “Events” in the left sidebar.

To select dates in Marketspread, follow these instructions:

  • Go to your Marketspread.com dashboard
  • Click on the “Applications” in the left sidebar
  • Click the Event title, like “Clark Park 2025”
  • Use the buttons in the right column to “Request to Attend” or “No Longer Attend”.
  • If you have already been assigned a booth, you need to “Check-In” as “Not Attending”.
  • To do this, click on the date name from your Dashboard, then “Check-In” and select “Not Attending”.

What you need to bring varies by the event.

At Clark Park, vendors must bring everything they plan to use, like tables, racks, chairs, and tents.

At other events, like a retail pop-up, tables, racks, and chairs may be provided.

*We do not have items for rent, nor can we store items for you.
