Tommy Rowe

Thomas Rowe is the founder and director of Chrysalis Clothing, a Philadelphia-based sustainable fashion brand focused on upcycling. He creates unique garments by sewing artwork onto upcycled shirts and pants sourced from thrift stores or recycled textiles. Tommy is also the director of West Workshop (formerly Made West) in West Philadelphia, a sister studio to the Made Institute. In this role, he has led community engagement efforts, including hosting craft shows and offering sewing workshops, since 2022, aiming to connect with local creatives and promote accessible fashion education.
